Each class will is tailored to your specific movement goals and needs. We will discuss those during the introductory consultation and develop a plan, designed just for you.
Iva will help you get familiar with your own body and educate you on how to train your body to move in a most optimal way.
Since we don’t only move while on the mat, we will discuss how you can integrate what you learn during our time together into the rest of your day, as well as assess how you can set up other aspects of your life to work best for your unique body and lifestyle.

Our library of pre-recorded classes offers something for everyone. You can filter classes by class length or the part of the body that they mostly target. Classes can be purchased individually, or you can gain access to all of them if you join our community by purchasing a membership. You can explore different membership types on the 'Membership' page.

From time to time we offer live online classes which are a great opportunity to practice with others from the comfort of your own home but still feel a sense of community.
