Taking Inventory - LYT Style Yoga Class

The idea behind this class was to establish a baseline for our body’s current range of motion, as well as to observe how movement currently feels in our bodies. There should be no judgment placed on what is discovered during the class, rather to learn more about how we move. This is a great class to come back to from time to time to see if there are changes in our bodies produced by our movement practice (or the lack thereof).
