21 DAY POSTURE CHALLENGE

Then you should join our FREE 21 Day Posture Challenge starting May 1, 2024!
Challenge consists of 21 pre-recorded videos sent to your email daily for 21 days.
Some days the challenge will be to simply pay attention to your various movement habits, while other days we'll move to mostly short (up to 20 min) yoga flows that will train our bodies to assume a better posture as we move through life. Two days will have a slightly longer yoga practice, but no more than 40 min.
